Robertson Brownies

It's what's for dessert. Classic brownie, can be fudgy or caky by adjusting the cook time a little

 1 cup butter, either melted or softened
 2 cups sugar
 4 eggs
  cup cocoa powder
 ¾ tsp salt
 2 tsp vanilla
 1 ¾ cups flour
 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
For Cream Cheese Brownies
 8 oz cream cheese
 1 egg
  cup sugar

There are many directions, be creative and make them your own way, though I would advise no matter what way you make them, do not mix the flour very much or it will get gluten-like.

Mix everything together except the chocolate chips. OR Cream sugar with softened margarine, then add eggs. Then add other ingredients. OR Melt margarine. Then add sugar and cocoa and mix. Then add eggs and vanilla and mix. Then add salt and flour and mix.

Place dough in greased 19x13 pan

Mix cream cheese, egg, and sugar together.

Blop cream cheese mixture onto brownie dough and then swirl into dough.
