Fantastic bread, can also be used for rolls, cinnamon roles, etc. Makes 4 loaves

Let yeast and warm water sit in the bowl a minute.
Add milk and sugar. Mix with whisk beaters.
Add 2-3 cups flour. Mix a minute.
Add eggs and salt. Mix 1-2 minutes.
Cover the bowl, let sit 10-15 minutes.
Add 2 cups flour and melted margarine. Mix, then change beaters to dough hook.
Add flour until it pulls up from the bowl. Beat 5 minutes.
Cover with oiled plastic and let rise 20 minutes.
Beat down and divide into 4 parts (for single batch). Place each part in a well-greased bread pan.
Let rise 15-20 minutes until dough is barely over the top of the pan.
Cook 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden-brown.
Spread butter over the top (and sides) of each loaf.
