Lightly grease cookie sheet (or use parchment paper).
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and parsley until well mixed.
Unroll each can of crescent roll dough into a long rectangle (do not break apart into individual rolls) and firmly press perforations to seal.
Spread cream cheese mixture on the the dough, splitting it between the 2 rectangles.
Roll dough up, jelly-roll style and pinch edges to seal.
Place on greased cookie sheet. Without cutting all the way through the dough, cut each roll in 6-8 slices, cutting about 1/4" from the bottom.
Fold down slices, alternating from left to right and overlapping slightly to form a loaf-it will look slightly braided.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. While it is baking add the rest of the spices to the melted butter and mix well. Brush the spiced butter over the loaf after it comes out of the oven.
